Barnet Council's employment and skills service, BOOST, is celebrating its tenth anniversary after supporting over 6,200 residents since its inception in 2015. The program has successfully helped more than 3,300 individuals secure employment and addresses issues of digital exclusion through weekly workshops and volunteer networks.
