Teens who 'viciously attacked' cat with a catapult in Harold Hill 'need to be caught'
Briefly

"The video is absolutely heartbreaking. You see them [the group of youths] fire the first one, laugh and then run off. They come back expecting the cat to still be there and fire a second, missing, then hit it with a third. It’s a deliberate act of cruelty that needs addressing."
"They do need to be caught and they need to be stopped - 100 percent. Reports suggest this isn’t an isolated incident; teens are doing this regularly, and pet owners must be vigilant."
