Pippa Dale, senior arts manager at Canary Wharf Group, expressed excitement for the event, highlighting the festival's ability to bring communities together through art.
The festival includes a diverse range of artworks like Benedikt Tolar's bathtubs pulsing with light and a sparkling pool in Cabot Square from Atelier Sisu.
Visitors can extend their visit with activities like ice skating at Canada Square Park, which will remain open until late February.
