Laurel Burch Studios is hosting a farewell celebration on March 1-2, as their Berkeley location is being sold and they will be moving to Oakland in 2025. Founder Aarin Burch reflects on the challenges faced since opening the store in March 2020 during the pandemic, including pivoting to create masks to keep the store afloat. The celebration will honor the memories made in the studio while continuing to keep Laurel Burch's artistic legacy alive through online sales and pop-up events in the Bay Area.

We opened our store in March 2020 amidst the pandemic, quickly pivoting to create masks to keep our business alive.
The final farewell celebration this weekend on March 1-2 is a chance to celebrate the beautiful space filled with my mother’s joyful art.
Though the brick-and-mortar store closes on March 15, our online store will remain open, featuring favorite designs and new collections.
