Huawei Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, and Mate 80 Pro+ get certified on their way to release
Huawei's Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, and Mate 80 Pro+ are certified for sale in China with model numbers VYG-AL00, SGT-AL00, and SGT-AL50 respectively. The Mate 80 supports 66W wired charging while the Pro and Pro+ support up to 100W. Rumors indicate one model will introduce a new range of Kirin SoCs and another will prioritize extreme high-quality imaging. All three carry a centered, round camera island with a dual-tone LED flash positioned on the upper left. At least one model may include a built-in fan integrated into the camera island frame, and all models will retain strong water resistance.
"Huawei's upcoming Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, and Mate 80 Pro+ have been certified for sale in China. The Mate 80 has the model number VYG-AL00, the Mate 80 Pro is SGT-AL00, and the Mate 80 Pro+ is SGT-AL50. The Mate 80 has support for 66W wired charging, the Pro and Pro+ go up to 100W. One of these devices will introduce a whole new range of Kirin SoCs, if rumors from China are to be believed,"
"The camera island on all three models will be centered and round, the dual-tone LED flash positioned on the upper left side. One previous rumor talked about Huawei outfitting at least one of these models with a built-in fan, which would be on the side of the camera island and not on one side of the phone itself, in its frame."
