This change was noted by Sachin Patel, who shared insights and screenshots on X, highlighting the competitive efforts among search engines to optimize link presentation in AI-generated content while questioning its effectiveness when comprehensive answers are already provided.
Sachin Patel pointed out that Bing's testing a new design for link display in AI overviews, which resembles Google's approach. Notably, the carousel view allows users to flip through multiple links directly from the results.
