Black Sabbath has successfully regained the rights to their early demos, originally recorded under the name Earth, following a settlement with their first manager, Jim Simpson. The demos were initially set for release in July 2025, but Sharon Osbourne intervened, expressing the band's desire to review the recordings and receive royalties. Following the settlement, Sharon confirmed that all original members now own the demos and are discussing future plans for the recordings and associated historical materials.
