Jonas Brothers Share Their Favorite Song to Sing as Dads
Briefly

Becoming fathers changed the Jonas Brothers' priorities and the lens through which they view life. Fatherhood influenced their songwriting and led to songs dedicated to their children, including "Little Bird" from the 2023 record The Album. "Little Bird" has resonated with listeners and become a favorite for the brothers to sing for their children. Together the three brothers share five daughters: Alena (11) and Valentina (8); Willa (5) and Delphine (3); and Malti Marie (3). Raising daughters created a shared experience that motivates living life fully and shapes their creative output.
(Fatherhood) changes everything, the lens you see every bit of life through just changes and priorities shift," Nick Jonas said. "As a songwriter and as an artist, I think you just look at the world very differently and we've been fortunate enough to be able to tell some of our stories about our journey as fathers and husbands.
"To feel like this song has its own life, and it's been there for other people throughout their journey, is really kind of unbelievable," Joe Jonas added. "This has been, probably, our favorite song as dads to be able to sing for our kiddos... It seems like for other people, it's special to them as well."
"Being a father to girls is so fun, like Nick said, it's a reason to live life to your fullest," Joe Jonas said. "And that's a wonderful, weird thing that we have in common, the fact that we all have girls. It's kind of crazy. So being able to write music... we may not have stuff in common in relationships, but we have certain things in common when it comes to being dads."
