Man charged with theft of flowers from Ozzy Osbourne tribute in Birmingham

After the death of the Black Sabbath frontman at 76 years old from a heart attack, thousands of tributes were left in Birmingham, including flowers, cards, and balloons. West Midlands Police arrested a 45-year-old man for theft of flowers from the tribute site. The items collected will be returned to the musician's family.
