On October 16, 2025, Charlie Puth revealed that he and his wife, Brooke Sansone, are expecting their first child in the music video for "Changes." The announcement appears at the end of the video, where Brooke wears a red sweater and cradles her baby bump while Charlie places his hand over it before the couple walks off hand in hand. "Changes" is the first single from the upcoming fourth studio album Whatever's Clever!, scheduled for release on March 6, 2026. Brooke Sansone is 25, works in digital marketing and PR at Butter and Eggs Interiors, graduated from the College of Charleston in 2021 with a marketing degree, co-runs the Instagram fashion account The Closet Next Door, and grew up with Charlie in Rumson, New Jersey, where their fathers have been best friends since third grade. The couple’s relationship became public in 2022 at the Global Citizen Festival and they went Instagram official in December 2022.
