Demitri McKay, Sr. thanks his community for their support after the murder of his son, Demetri McKay, Jr., at a Kew Gardens burger bar. The 29-year-old MTA bus driver was killed by a stray bullet during a gang-related incident while on a date. McKay, Jr. is remembered for his big heart and love for his family, leaving behind an 8-year-old son. The NYPD continues to search for the two suspects involved in the shooting, which has not yet resulted in arrests.
