Video footage captures Hussain climbing out a window as firefighters assisted him. Upon stepping onto the ladder, it suddenly collapsed, leading to his fatal fall. His family is demanding clarification on the ladder's malfunction, questioning the FDNY's handling of the situation. The fire department has initiated an investigation, taking the ladder out of service pending findings.
