Classic Pizza, founded in 1989 by Patricia and Pat Rocchio, marks the end of an era as it prepares to close its doors on Father's Day weekend. Brandon Rocchio, who took over as head pizzaiolo, has decided to step away due to health concerns, emphasizing the personal sacrifices made in the restaurant business. The location will be taken over by Pizza Mia, which Brandon feels confident will continue the quality tradition.
