Olmo aims to provide a casual gathering spot with a focus on quality food and drinks, reflecting its neighborhood-oriented ethos. Lucky Parlor will introduce Japanese gyoza and cocktails, further expanding dining options in the area.
"So without having even fully opened the doors there definitely has been some excitement, which we're happy to hear, because obviously it's a new venture, and that's always a little bit scary."
