In early May, Bon Appétit orchestrated an extraordinary four-course dinner at the New York Public Library, attended by notable guests such as Anna Wintour and Jon Hamm. Editor in Chief Jamila Robinson curated an exceptional culinary experience featuring highly acclaimed chefs with a collective nine Michelin stars and numerous awards. The evening showcased exquisite dishes like smoked beets by Gregory Gourdet and wild turbot by Jordan Kahn, each paired with fine wines. The meal was complemented by live music, creating a memorable ambiance for attendees.
The evening began with martinis from the iconic Bemelmans Bar, along with passed hors d'oeuvres crafted by chef Junghyun Park of Atomix.
Capping off the meal was a mouthwatering plant-based take on panna cotta by Eleven Madison Park's Laura Cronin, reimagined with seasonal flavors of spring.
