Luigi Mangione asks twisted fans to stop bombarding him with so many photos
Briefly

Luigi Mangione, accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has requested his fans to refrain from sending excessive photo submissions to him while incarcerated. Acknowledging the overwhelming support, he expressed gratitude for the letters and stories he received. Due to the enormous volume of incoming photos, he highlighted that submissions could be delayed in screening. His legal defense fund has significantly benefited, raising over $615,000. Mangione aims to maintain connection with his supporters while navigating legal proceedings from a Brooklyn federal jail.
Luigi appreciates the photos that are sent and kindly asks that people send no more than five photos at a time.
I am overwhelmed by - and grateful for - everyone who has written me to share their stories and express their support.
This support has transcended political, racial, and even class divisions.
Please note that every photo that is received is screened and reviewed by law enforcement.
