Danny Noble, 55, was arraigned for grand larceny and falsifying business documents after allegedly filing a false deed to claim ownership of a $2.1 million Brooklyn home. Between September 1 and September 15, 2023, he illegitimately transferred the title of a three-family house in Fort Greene and attempted to legitimize it via a court action. Noble has a prior conviction for similar real estate fraud, having been sentenced in 2019 to several years in prison. He was released in 2021 and discharged from parole in 2022.

Between Sept. 1 and Sept. 15, 2023, Noble transferred the title of a valuable three-story house and later attempted to declare himself the legitimate owner.
In 2016, Noble was convicted of similar crimes involving illegally transferring titles of seven houses, leading to a prison sentence and eventual parole.
Noble, who previously served prison time for real estate fraud, was arraigned at Brooklyn Supreme Court and pleaded not guilty to recent charges.
