Meganom shows pool topping its skinny New York skyscraper
"The building is designed to maximise space, light and privacy. Each home features column-free interiors and sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Manhattan skyline, creating a sense of openness that is rarely found in the city."
"Recently released, updated renders show a closer look at the building's illuminated crown, which features a rooftop deck and pool contained underneath an open archway."
262 Fifth Avenue, designed by Meganom, will be the tallest all-residential building on Fifth Avenue at 860 feet with 52 storeys. The building features a rooftop deck and infinity pool under an illuminated crown. Interiors are designed by Norm Architects, and the project is developed by Five Points Development Group. Initially proposed as a supertall skyscraper at 1,001 feet, it was scaled down in 2023. The design emphasizes space, light, and privacy, with full-floor and duplex units offering panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.
