Amsterdam's &niped gets acquired by Robidus
Briefly

Amsterdam-based &niped has been acquired by Robidus to enhance preventive health examinations and bolster employee employability. &niped, founded in 2005, specializes in health checks for early diagnosis and prevention, collaborating with major health insurers and over 1,250 organizations. The acquisition will not change daily operations but will expand &niped's service offerings and reinforce the mission to improve public health. Robidus aims to integrate &niped's data-driven approach to support sustainable employability and prevent absenteeism, marking a strategic growth for both entities in occupational health.
Sven Kelder, CEO of Robidus, states, 'Caring for staff and preventing absenteeism is high on our clients' agenda. We are proud of the acquisition of this knowledge institute.'
With over 500,000 participants in the Personal Health Check, &niped aims to improve prevention services and make health checks more accessible across the Netherlands.
