Marc Lore's Wonder just eliminated one of the most annoying parts of food delivery
Briefly

Wonder, a food hall startup led by Marc Lore, has removed its $1.99 delivery fee and waived the 12% service fee for its subscription service, Wonder+. This move comes in response to growing customer frustration over delivery fees, which have become a standard in the food delivery industry. By operating its own delivery network and food halls, Wonder avoids middlemen, which allows them to pass savings onto consumers. Customers can opt for delivery or enjoy a 5% discount by picking up their orders.
"People are tired of paying fees across all of these marketplaces," Lawrie told BI.
"We're uniquely positioned to be able to provide that savings to customers," Lawrie said.
