Raoul's, a famed French bistro in Soho, is marking its 50-year milestone by expanding into a neighboring building, which has been in development since at least 2020. Following the death of its founder Serge Raoul, the restaurant continues to thrive under his son Karim’s management. Meanwhile, Annisha Garcia's successful burrito stand, Son Del North, is set to open a second location in the West Village. Additionally, Choy Commons has started a subscription service to deliver fresh produce from Asian-led farms, supporting local agriculture and community engagement.
"At this time, we have no information to give," but didn't deny it either.
The French bistro is known for its limited-run burger and an old-school atmosphere increasingly hard to find downtown.
Son Del North is on its way to the West Village at 26 Carmine Street, near Bleecker Street.
Choy Commons has launched a subscription-based service to get those veggies into your home kitchen.
