"Officers say they found him asleep behind the wheel around 11:35 p.m. on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley. Lanes were closed for a separate crash near Lankershim, and when they went to reopen the roadway, officers found Pierce in a Range Rover SUV stopped in traffic lanes south of the crash scene. That's when officers approached the SUV and found Piece asleep at the wheel, according to CHP."
