Browns say WR Tillman, KR Carter out 'weeks'
Cleveland Browns wide receivers Cedric Tillman and DeAndre Carter will miss multiple weeks because of a hamstring and a knee injury, respectively. Tillman, a starting wideout, left in the second quarter of the 34-10 loss to the Detroit Lions and was ruled out. Carter, the primary kick and punt returner, was injured late in the fourth quarter while returning a kickoff. Through four games, Tillman leads the team with two touchdown catches and 11 catches for 106 yards. Carter has not recorded an offensive snap this season. The Browns are 1-3 and will play the Vikings in London in Week 5.
