"Brown entered the NFL undrafted with the Denver Broncos in 2024. He spent the last two years of his college career at Nebraska (2022-23), where he transferred to from Northern Iowa (2019-21). At Nebraska, he appeared in 23 games with eight starts and recorded 56 tackles, three for loss, one interception, four passes defensed, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. He started 29 games at Northern Iowa and recorded 140 tackles, eight interceptions, 21 passes defensed, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries."

Brown appeared in two NFL games in 2024 with the Green Bay Packers after entering the league undrafted with the Denver Broncos in 2024. Brown played college football at Nebraska (2022–23) and Northern Iowa (2019–21), producing significant tackle, interception and turnover numbers across both programs. Futures contracts allow teams to secure player rights for the next season without affecting the current year's salary cap. Miami had previously signed 10 players to futures contracts last week.
