Justin Fields was benched at halftime after a poor first half and Tyrod Taylor replaced him in an attempt to spark the offense. Neither quarterback led a touchdown drive and the Jets lost 13-6 to the Carolina Panthers at MetLife Stadium. Taylor moved the ball more effectively but produced only one field-goal drive and threw two interceptions, both to Jaycee Horn. The Jets have not scored a touchdown in two games and dropped to 0-7. Coach Aaron Glenn said he may decide the starter for Cincinnati after consulting coaches. The team’s offense continues to struggle despite roster investment in Fields.
