JT Miller out day to day with upper body injury - Blue Seat Blogs
"Surprise surprise, JT Miller is now out day to day with an upper body injury. Mike Sullivan said the injury occurred during the Colorado game, but it looks like Miller has been fighting something since the preseason. Perhaps it just got bad enough in Denver that the Rangers and Miller couldn't ignore it any longer. Miller has struggled mightily to start the season and is on pace for under 40 points on the year. Suffice it to say, that's not good."
"The Rangers finish up their road trip tonight in Utah before returning home to MSG. I'd expect the Blueshirts to make some roster moves to address this issue, likely recalling Gabe Perreault. The roster needs a bit of a shakeup with all the injuries, but the Rangers may not even have the cap space to make it work. Not exactly the best situation right now."

Miller has struggled early in the season and is on pace for fewer than 40 points, marking a disappointing offensive start. The Rangers finish their road trip in Utah before returning to MSG. Management is likely to make roster moves to compensate for injuries, with a probable recall of Gabe Perreault. Widespread injuries create pressure for a roster shakeup, but limited salary-cap space may restrict the team's ability to make ideal adjustments.
