Source: Belichick, UNC won't be on 'Hard Knocks'
Briefly

North Carolina's new head coach Bill Belichick will not be highlighted in HBO's 'Hard Knocks: Offseason' as reports of the university being featured were unconfirmed. General manager Michael Lombardi noted that while there were many offers for behind-the-scenes access, no agreements were finalized. Belichick, who won six NFL Super Bowls coaching the New England Patriots, was recruited by UNC in December but will not have the opportunity to showcase his initial offseason in this format.
When asked about it on 'The Pat McAfee Show,' Tar Heels general manager Michael Lombardi said nothing had been signed with the university but that the program was receiving 'a lot of offers from people all over to come in and look at our program.'
UNC hired Belichick in December after he spent his entire career in the NFL, where he won six Super Bowls as coach of the New England Patriots.
