Officers responded to the home at 108-33 157th St. in Jamaica just after 1:30 p.m., officials said. They found the 28-year-old mother with wrist injuries and her child unresponsive, according to police. Both were taken to Jamaica Hospital, where the baby was pronounced dead, authorities said."
