Officers responding to a 911 call around 11 p.m. Friday found two men inside a multiunit building at 3105 Avenue D with stab wounds. A 66-year-old man had a stab wound to the neck and was taken to a local hospital listed in stable condition. Another man had two stab wounds to his left leg and was pronounced dead at the scene. The NYPD reported no arrests as of press time and kept the investigation active.
