"Ferrer went on to his lawn, while holding a baseball bat, and asked a group of 10 or more people to leave the area. Ferrer's 50-year-old wife Melissa was standing next to him. At that time, approximately six to eight individuals, including Aguilera, stepped onto the lawn, and one threatened to kill the man by saying, "I'll pop you. I'll put you six feet under. You're not hard," according to the charges."
"One person in the group began to walk toward the front door of the victim's residence and the homeowner stepped in front of him. The individual then punched Ferrer in his face with a closed fist, causing him to fall to the ground, according to the criminal complaint. A group of at least six to seven individuals, including Aguilera, allegedly began to punch, kick, and stomp on the victim as he was on the ground."

Homeowner Blake Ferrer, 50, went onto his lawn holding a baseball bat and asked a group of ten or more people to leave while his wife Melissa stood beside him. Six to eight individuals, including 19-year-old Justin Aguilera, stepped onto the lawn and one threatened to kill Ferrer. An individual punched Ferrer, who fell, and a group allegedly punched, kicked and stomped him. Melissa tried to intervene and was punched, suffering bleeding and swelling. Aguilera was arraigned on an 11-count indictment including first-degree gang assault, second-degree assault, riot and related charges, and faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
