Fetzer said that, early on in the incident, he sprayed water at one of the cars in frustration but didn't expect the reaction he got. He described how the cars swerved at them, honked, and put the cyclists' lives in danger.
The 42-year-old victim was walking from his car and reporting to work when he was clobbered with an unknown object and then kicked while in the lot at the No. 2 and 5 subway line at the 180th Street Station in Van Nest around 5:45 a.m.
The woman says she was invited to a group dinner in Los Angeles and later joined others, including Nacua, in a Sprinter van. Inside the vehicle, she alleges Nacua bit her shoulder, leaving what she described as an imprint of his teeth.
When authorities arrived, the manager at Panera directed them to a group of teenagers causing an upset. The teens were previously asked by Panera staff to leave the restaurant, which they refused to do.
At this time, a witness who observed the altercation exited his vehicle in an effort to help the victim, eventually removing a knife from one of the suspects, which he then discarded. A second witness stated he observed the two suspects making jabbing gestures towards the victim's body. The suspects then fled the area.
This has been a deeply upsetting incident which has caused a great deal of shock to the local community. Jeff Blair was killed after being assaulted in County Durham. At about 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a report of an assault and battery in progress at 226 Causeway St. When officers arrived, they were told that Morel had assaulted multiple students from a nearby school as it was being dismissed, according to Boston police.
Police responded around 6:40 a.m. to a 911 call reporting an assault inside 956 Sherman Avenue, within the 44th Precinct. Officers arriving at the scene found a 42-year-old woman with stab wounds to her neck, torso and back, and a 16-year-old male with stab wounds to his neck and back.
Someone entered a store on Winchester Boulevard and stole a 24-pack of beer. A while later, the same person returned and stole over $400 worth of flowers, then placed them at a statue. Employees from the store later recovered the flowers.
NYPD Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help after a 37-year-old man was slashed inside a Crown Heights apartment building earlier this year. Police say the attack happened inside 401 Schenectady Avenue on Jan. 16 at about 10:25 p.m., leaving the victim with a hand wound and an attacker who is still unidentified. The department put out a wanted alert on X on Feb. 22, offering up to $3,500 for information that leads to an arrest and indictment.
Police on Tuesday released surveillance images as they look for four people linked to a violent attack inside a downtown Flushing business that left a 21-year-old man injured. Authorities say the assault happened around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8, and involved two suspects who displayed knives while two others allegedly hit the victim several times with a baseball bat and a chair.
The man is being treated at Beaumont Hospital where he remains in a critical condition. The assault occurred on Cope Street, Dublin 2 at approximately 12:30am. The two men, aged in their 20s and 30s, are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Garda Stations in Dublin. Gardaí continue to seek the assistance of the public in identifying the victim who has a tattoo on the inside of his right forearm.
