"Incentiv - $1M Incentiv, a compensation benchmarking platform for private equity companies to attract and retain executive talent for portfolio companies, has raised $1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from two investors. Founded by Yash Kochar, Matt Fanelli, and Christopher Chi in 2023, Incentiv has now raised a total of $4M in reported equity funding."
Synchron secured a $200M Series D led by Double Point Ventures, bringing its reported equity funding to $330M since its 2016 founding by Nicholas Opie and Thomas Oxley. fomo raised $17M in a Series A led by Double Point Ventures, totaling $19M since its 2024 founding by Paul Erlanger, Prashan Dharmasena, and Se Yong Park. Datum Cloud raised $10M from nine investors, bringing its reported equity funding to $13M since its 2023 founding by Jacob Smith and Zachary Smith. Incentiv raised $1M from two investors, bringing its reported equity funding to $4M. RealReports raised $1M in venture funding.
