Le Moyne women's lacrosse falls to Wagner College on the road
Briefly

In a Northeast Conference women's lacrosse match, Wagner College triumphed over Le Moyne College with an 11-7 score. Ella Marino was the standout player, scoring three goals and facilitating the team's offense. The Seahawks dominated the second quarter, netting all three goals to gain an early advantage. Despite Le Moyne's attempts to close the gap in the second half, Wagner maintained control, punctuated by three consecutive goals in the fourth quarter to secure a decisive win.
Marino kicked off the game's scoring over 30 seconds into the contest with her seventh goal of the year.
The Seahawks, who defeated the Dolphins in the first round of the NEC Championship last year, scored all three of the second quarter's goals to take control of the game.
Wagner put the game out of reach with three-straight goals at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
Marino extended Wagner's lead back to three by converting a free position shot for her tenth goal of the year.
