In 2022, Dana Fagley took on the task of building a Learning and Development (L&D) team from scratch, aiming for scalable programs to enhance employee skills. Their previous ad hoc training approach hindered consistent learning experiences. By adopting a structured learning solution, Drata streamlined its training processes, promoting effective skill development and leadership growth in a dynamic environment, ultimately focusing on maintaining high industry standards.
