Many institutions are responding by expanding their offerings. Notably, online degree programs are gaining enrollment surpassing that of on-campus methods. Furthermore, the Educause 2025 Students and Technology Report highlights general student appreciation for flexible learning formats, especially among older learners. The findings emphasize a transformative shift in higher education driven by evolving student preferences since the pandemic.
