Kyle Kitchen, 38, has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his 6-year-old daughter, Primrose Kane. He inflicted catastrophic injuries on her when she was an infant, which left her severely disabled and suffering for years before her death in 2021. The assault occurred in November 2014, resulting in a skull fracture and lasting brain damage. Kitchen had previously been jailed for assaulting Primrose and has been sentenced to a minimum of 17 years, with the possibility of parole in just under eight years.
