Judge Richard Mrazik stated that Kelley Wolf "has been engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the party's minor children."
Scott Wolf called the decision to file for divorce "the most difficult decision" of his life, highlighting the emotional weight of their 21 years of marriage.
The judge noted Kelley Wolf's recent behavior was "sufficient" for her "to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment."
Kelley Wolf filmed herself being detained, stating, "This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids."
