The incident, which occurred around 11:30 AM on April 28, led to the dog being seized by authorities but later returned to its owner as no arrests were made. While the horses sustained injuries, they are currently recovering in their stables, and their riders were unharmed. The Metropolitan Police emphasized the importance of keeping dogs under control to prevent such occurrences.
