This data, alleged to include sensitive information such as names, addresses, and mailing details, reportedly comes from Spectos, a logistical supplier to Royal Mail. The incident reflects a broader issue of cybersecurity threats, especially with connections to a similar breach involving Samsung Germany. Despite this, Royal Mail stated that its operations are unaffected at this time.

GHNA on Monday used the notorious BreachForums site to claim it had pilfered 293 folders and 16,549 files from Royal Mail Group.
