DHL has filed a lawsuit against MyPillow, claiming that the company failed to fulfill a settlement agreement to pay off a debt of $775,000, only making partial payments.
According to the lawsuit, MyPillow made a total payment of $64,583.34 and stopped making installments after June, prompting DHL to seek repayment of nearly $800,000.
Mike Lindell, the founder of MyPillow, has faced multiple legal troubles recently, including defamation lawsuits and allegations of owing millions in unpaid attorney fees.
This suit follows a trend of financial difficulties for Lindell and MyPillow, with the company evicted for unpaid rent and his ads reportedly dropped by Fox News.
