Tyrese Gibson has been released after being arrested for failing to pay over $10,000 a month in child support, appealing the judge's ruling.
Judge Kevin Farmer ordered Gibson's incarceration due to willful contempt regarding unpaid child support, but he could avoid jail time by paying $73,000.
Gibson expressed on Instagram that getting arrested was traumatic and questioned the judge's motives, sharing details of his appeal process.
The legal struggle for child support payments has been ongoing since 2022, with Gibson alleging he was only required to pay $2,200 of the $10,690 ordered.
