The UFC has reached a new settlement in its antitrust lawsuit Le vs. Zuffa, agreeing to a $375 million payout, which exceeds a previously rejected settlement.
We have reached a revised agreement with Plaintiffs to settle the Le case with terms that we believe address Judge Boulware's stated concerns.
The antitrust lawsuit, dating from 2014, accuses Zuffa of violating laws by underpaying UFC fighters and damaging competitors through anti-competitive practices.
The UFC argues it has contributed to the sport's growth, pointing to the emergence of rival promotions over three decades as proof of competition.
