Identified habits include never smoking; getting 30 minutes or more of moderate or vigorous physical activity daily; avoiding regular binge drinking; getting good sleep; and drinking alcohol in moderation. The sample consisted of veterans, but the lifestyle factors are relevant to the general population and could promote general well-being.
