Ryan Bruen, goal-oriented and family-oriented, embraced the real estate industry where his family has deep roots. The Bruen Team, established 11 years ago, follows the legacy of Ryan's grandfather who opened a brokerage which grew to five offices. Ryan initially avoided real estate to pursue other interests but eventually recognized his passion for the industry after experiences in public accounting and a stint in New York City. He now operates as a partner with Deborah, representing buyers and sellers and attributing their 2024 success to adherence to their core values.
Real estate was always something I've been interested in, but I kind of avoided it because it was the family thing.
Eventually, I hit the point where it was, Hey, if I were to do what I really love, what would that be?' And I realized that paying attention to and analyzing real estate was really something that I wanted to be in full time.
The family's multigenerational real estate history inspired Ryan to eventually embrace the industry, even though it wasn't always his plan.
Today, Ryan and Deborah operate as full partners and represent both buyers and sellers.
