The article reviews IHOP's $7 House Faves meals, highlighting a mix of quality among the offerings. The author praises the French-toast breakfast as excellent value, recommending it for its taste. In contrast, the other three meals did not meet expectations, although the author expresses willingness to retry two of them. The review comes amid rising prices at chain restaurants, where many are introducing value meals to attract customers, making IHOP’s pricing particularly appealing in comparison.
I tried all four of IHOP's $7 House Faves meals, each of which comes with a protein and a starch. The French-toast breakfast was entirely worth $7, and I'd recommend it and order it again myself.
The other three meals disappointed me, but I'd be open to giving two of them another chance. Some are adding value meals and special deals to draw consumers in.
