Costco has issued a recall for its heat-and-serve Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes and Glaze meal kit (item #30783) due to potential Salmonella contamination in an ingredient from supplier Griffith Foods Inc. Only packages with sell-by dates between March 5, 2026, and March 16, 2026 are affected. The recalled product was distributed across 26 states plus Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin. No illnesses have been reported to date.
