Fringe is an indie music video dance party occurring every third Saturday at Madrone Art Bar. Entrance is free before 10 PM with RSVP, otherwise, the ticket price is $5. DJs Blondie K and subOctave perform a mix of favorite indie music videos and recent remixes to energize the dance floor. Fringe has been honored as 'Best Dance Party' in SFWeekly's Best of San Francisco for five consecutive years and received the title of 'Best Overall Dance Party' in Best of the Bay.
In this multimedia age, there's one dance night in the city that rules them all, and it goes by the name of Fringe. It's the indie music lovers' holy grail, complete with giant video projections-which means for one night a month, you can pretend the glory of MTV never died.
