Abducted from his home in Oceanside, California, by a woman impersonating a social worker, the infant's fate remained unknown despite extensive investigations. Angeline Hartmann of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children emphasizes the possibility of him being alive today, urging the public for assistance in the investigation. The FBI suspects the woman targeted families to find a replacement baby after a loss.
"We believe there is a possibility that Kevin is still out there, alive, and we want to find him... We believe this image can help bring in crucial leads," Angeline Hartmann.
"Sheila drove Angelina and baby Kevin, telling her they would pick up another family member, before abandoning her to take the infant for herself," the report revealed.
