New trial date again set for East Bay woman accused of 2021 killing of 19-year-old

Kamaria Isis Davison, a 28-year-old woman from San Pablo, is facing a trial set for January 14, 2024, regarding the 2021 murder of 19-year-old Michael Vincent Lopretta. The Solano County Superior Court, presided by Judge Wendy Getty, rescheduled her trial which is estimated to last between three to four weeks. Davison, who has prior felony convictions, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and second-degree robbery, with aggravating factors related to her conduct while on bail.
