The San Francisco Giants have begun the 2025 MLB season positively, hitting five home runs over their first three games, primarily at the hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park. The current home run leaders are Wilmer Flores and Heliot Ramos, each with two home runs, followed by Matt Chapman with one. Predictions for the season's home run leader suggest Chapman may continue to dominate after hitting 27 in 2024, though Ramos could surprise. Willy Adames, who averaged around 30 home runs annually, could also be a key player if he adapts well to Oracle Park.
As of the time this is being written, the current home run leaders are Wilmer Flores and Heliot Ramos, who have each hit two.
I feel like a safe guess would probably be Chapman, who led the team in 2024 with 27.
However, Ramos was right behind him with 22 in about 100 fewer at-bats so I wouldn't count him out either.
It would not only put him at the top of the pack, but make him the first Giant in decades to hit 30 home runs.
